Collaborated on an international UX design project between Namibia University of Science and Technology and Iowa State University to create a digital platform connecting transportation and healthcare services for aging populations. The project aimed to address accessibility challenges and improve the quality of life for elderly users.
Through user-centered design, the team conducted research across diverse cultural contexts to identify the specific needs of aging users. Key features included intuitive scheduling for medical appointments and transportation, reminders, and real-time updates to enhance usability and reliability.
